You are always available to help, even going as far as arriving at an accident scene. Plus your insurance rates are very competitive.

They gained an understanding of my needs and requirements and then had a number options, all of them would have met my needs.  They were able to explain each and the good and not so good points of each option.  
Most importantly, they provided a number of price points and gave me the necessary coverage at a price level I needed

Hey all you American Family policy holders out there, I had American Family insurance for over 30 years and thought I was getting a good deal, but do yourself a favor and go see Kim and Ronnie at Wallace & Associates Insurance.
