I have been with Scot for around 3 years. All was good until I had someone run into me that also has state farm. Spoke with him told him I have never been through this process and I figured being my agent he would go to bat for me and help me through the process. Nope can't even get a call back. No updates,had me thinking claim was still open when it was not. I had to figure it out on my own. Had no problem taking my money. Well Scot. Thanks for the help now I know that I'm switching to an new agent. Maybe my b.b.b review will be better.they do not communicate and make you believe they are actually doing something for you when in fact they did nothing. Don't worry I gave state farm a great review to
