Broken into not enough security hole fence says neighbors  cut property loss need more camera elec fence neighborhood watch area needs to be made friendly priority signs changed to making Conway Arkansas Beautiful Again I believe it s being worked on  need  fix up area streets constant ("flash flooding dangerous quick into low apts basement s yards  ")Guernsey street areas flooded every heavy rain scary manholes flooding due to freeway construction & low  apartment flooding  need flood zone sign provide dumpster area  hauling off couches  yard junk  close to near Phoenix rehabilitation make ARKANSAS safe Beautiful friendly all over safer 4 Waller Security next to NA  meetings  we all want safety  security freedom would make Wallet Safer Also

Reasonable prices, terrible service. I had an issue of being locked out even though my payments were up to date. I talked to 4 different people at Waller and all they could do is say "I have contacted the manager and they will contact you." It is impossible to talk to the local manager yourself. It took hours to hear anything. Very inconvenient when something is needed from your unit.

-Cheap prices for a reason-
Was here for 2 months, my unit got flooded and destroyed everything. Books, furniture, family photos that cannot be replaced. The management denied the storage facility was in a flood zone, the pictures of my unit say otherwise. Was denied any type of compensation or even refunding of my two months there, a whopping $144. Was basically told too bad so sad by management (which took 4 days to get back in touch with us) that I lost everything. 

DO NOT RENT HERE

Used to be & could be great..but I recently moved to another facility because when I had to pay my bill the kiosk was always broken, when I pushed the button like the sign says (for service push button) no one answers..ever!, and then went to Web site to pay online & it wasn't working either! Also, once I did pay, tried to get in the gate to my storage building and after entering my code it wouldn't open saying I hadn't paid!!!!

Owner is very courteous and polite. I have used this storage in the past and am planning to use it again. I feel the person that did a review saying it was run down was disrespectful. I have never had anything go wrong while using this storage facility.While at others I have. The prices are great, no problem with access for the patrons and there is a security survalance system in use at all times
