Always a smooth and easy experience. The shuttle is almost always on time in the lot and at the airport. The drivers are friendly and always help with the luggage. I can even text them when I arrive so the the driver knows I'm coming out. The price is really decent. Especially if you use Groupon.

Great service but entrance and exit process needs to get into this century. I had my Wally Card ready but had to get info out of my trunk to check in. Their computer could not locate by Wally Card or by my name. Checkout was also painfully slow.

We parked from a Saturday at 8pm and I scheduled the leave at 9pm the following Wednesday. I paid online in full. Our flight was slightly delayed so we didn't get to leave the parking lot until 930. When we went to leave they charged us an extra $10. The girl working the gate couldn't explain to me why we were being charged extra other than the computer told her were had to. So with the total we ended up paying more than were would have if we had just parked at the airport itself, which would have been a lot easier to deal with. I called later to ask why we were charged the extra fees, and because if you go I've minute past the tone you said you were leaving they charge you for a while day. Next time I'll just park at the airport or one of the other lots.

The worker at the time was very rude to us and did not seem to know what she was doing. Waited in line to leave at midnight after getting in from a flight and she took about a half hour just to take care of 4 cars. She charged us the wrong and more expensive price for parking because we accidentally told her the wrong parking space that we had, even though that it was on the slip that we handed her right away. Was a terrible experience and will never be going back. Workers are extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE, it has terrible service and is extremely overpriced!!!

UPDATE: They did the right thing and covered the damage. It's too bad it took a negative review and a fight to get what was promised though. My truck was broken into at this lot. Two windows smashed and Oakley sunglasses stolen. Was told by the manager, Dulce that their insurance would take care of everything. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail telling me they aren’t paying for anything. Was also told they had a gap in the fence and that cameras were not pointed on the rear row of cars....how convenient! WOULD NEVER PARK HERE AGAIN!!
