Only used the facility once, but I had a very positive experience. It was easy to make a reservation online, and there was plenty of parking at the lot. We had a bus waiting as we got out of our car and were taken immediately to the airport (just a few minutes away). After landing there was a bus waiting and we were back to the car in no time. Price was cheaper than taking a cab and overall we spent less time waiting. I will be using this lot again in the future.

Always convenient and quick. Service from car to terminals and back. Even helped brush of the car in bad snow!

I've parked vehicles at Fast Park in Milwaukee dozens of times over the years. This year, a serious issue has developed with seagulls pooping on vehicles. Not just one here or there, but when I first had the issue, more than a dozen droppings all over my truck. When I alerted the girl working checkout, she acknowledged they had an issue, claimed it wasn't their fault, but that of a building owner next to them who didn't deal with a nesting issue. She offered me apology or resolution as a dissatisfied customer. Two car washes later, most of the poop was off my truck. Only after I contacted corporate did someone from Milwaukee respond, APOLOGIZE and offer any resolution. They indicated they had free car washes passes at checkout, but didn't know why none were offered to me. They then sent me three free days of parking. So I used the three "free" day passes they provided after my last visit (it still cost me $2). When I returned from my next trip I found bird poop all over the back of my truck again. When I pulled up to pay, I told the attendant that the last time I was here I had an issue with birds pooping all over my truck and it happened again. She responded by saying they used to have problems but didn't have problems with that anymore. She clearly was not paying attention to me because I had to repeat to her that I was informing her that the problem still exists and there was bird poop all over the back of my truck to prove it. When I asked her if she had any gift certificates for carwashes which I was told were being made available to customers in the past she responded that she did not and suggested I go to the office and talk to someone there. She also did not offer me a complimentary bottle of water or newspaper which has always happened in the past. I felt like I had interrupted someone who was busy looking at something on their phone rather than someone who was supposed to be working and providing good customer service. When a customer returns and has the same bad experience they had before I would think someone would want to be more proactive in resolving their situation. That could include asking for their contact information so a manager can follow up with them or asking me to wait while she called the manager to come talk to me right away. Neither happened and there is clearly no prior instruction from management on how to resolve customer service issues. I reach out to corporate again. They apologize again and then an assistant manager from the Milwaukee location clumsily calls me and leaves a message saying who he is and if I have any questions I can call him. No thanks. I made a very reasonable effort to contact Fast Park directly and allow them the opportunity to resolve this situation and they failed. Uber will now get the bulk of my business and when I take shorter trips, there are other airport parking options that take their business and their customers seriously.

Rarely do I have to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle, and most often, there is one following me as I drive to my parking spot. It is an easy 3 minute ride to the terminal. Rates are competitive with the SuperSaver parking, but this is FAR more convenient. The free paper as you arrive and free water as you leave is a nice touch too.

It's convenient but the shuttle driver drives a bit fast and the shuttle ride is rough because the shuttle's shocks are bad. Shuttle sounds as if it's going to fall off axle soon. Needs maintenance.
