I like to go to this Walmart because it is close by my workplace. I usually go right at 7 a.m. most of the time it is organized and nice and clean. I like the regular employees. My opinion is that it is a very good Walmart.

The Manager Shannon very rude this day. We were coming from picking up a TV when he seen us approaching but stood in front of us not even budging a notch so that me & my spouse could get by with a large 55' TV. As a former employee of Walmart i was appauled. As I was expressing my disbelief of the incident with an employee and asking for the managers name few other customers approached me stating that they have experienced the same disrespect from this manager.

The only reason I come here is for the prices, they always have deals. But they have absolutely horrible customer service. I was doing a big shop and something went wrong with the system, and I had to wait for about 40 mins so they could rescan everything. Making me late for an event, and I asked the manager if I could get some sort of discount for the time that they took from me. The manager laughed at me and walked away. I do not recommend this place.

Wal-Mart is the only place in Lynn to get what you are looking for so the place can get crowded and disorganized. Cashiers should not be the blame because it is the lack of staffing and the crowding amount of customers that makes a Walmart visits horrible but this occurs mostly on the weekends than the weekdays. They have a lack of variety you really can't find the specific thing you are looking for even if says available in stock online and when you go there there is nothing.
