Looked online for a specific item I needed and said it was in store. When I went to the department I needed, there were no employees is sight! There was no bell or phone to page anyone and when I finally hunted down someone to help me, she paged the person in that department who then told her over the walkie talkie where I could hear "what is it that she needs?" When the lady told him she wasnt sure and needed him to come talk to me, he says "well all I have to say is its going to be a while before I can get over there". I felt as a customer that I was a HUGE inconvienence! After all that, they didnt even have the item! Shortly after while headed to the exit, I heard a page come over saying a customer needed help once again, in the same department I was just in and that the customer was headed back from the service counter (on the oppisite side of the store)...hope that customer had better luck with their service than I did, but I highly doubt it.

It's not the best Walmart but it's also not the worst. But I would recommend to drive 8 more minutes south on 23 to the much larger Walmart. It must be an older Walmart because it needs some major renovations done to it. The floors are dirty every time I go in. This Walmart is not a 24 hour store but the times must be wrong on the door because it is always closed an hour before it says ( the truth is I was turned away 4 times by staff telling me that the store was closed to incoming customers and that the customer that was already inside had that time to check out. For such a small store you would think it would be easier to get help.... nope. I literally walked every aisle not a single staff member great me, ask how I was doing or even offered to help. Oh one more thing is the Delaware dispatch is soliciting at the store where the greeter would normally be.

We purchased tires, almost $500. Were told to be there to pick it up in an hour and 45 minutes. When we returned, they had not even started on the van. We had to wait another hour. Had to get the manager involved. Horrible horrible customer service. The manager gave us $30 off. Big whoop.

Its a nice smaller walmart...Always friendly and clean

Went for paint. Waited like 10 min for some one to come to help. Nice guy named Bob was helpful and jovial when he finally got there.
