Typically have a good shopping experience here. I would like for them to fix the issues at the self check out lanes. As in the weight not being right in the bagging area. I prefer to use my own bags. Which isn't possible if the machine doesn't weigh the bags correctly. And the machines always either can't accept cash or credit card machine down. Self check out should be a more seamless experience. But on another thought the produce is always very ripe and very fresh.

I usually go to the pharmacy and the people there is extremely nice helpful and gentle I am me myself not only a customer and it feels really good extremely recommended

As somebody that despises shopping, especially Walmart shopping, I'm surprised to be able to say that the location on Orange Ave and Michigan St is actually a pleasant place to shop. This store has some of the most helpful, friendly team members (that actually work as a team) I have ever seen in any Walmart store. It's impressive to me, as customer service, not prices, will make or break my decision to patronize any establishment. The location is within a very convenient proximity to our home, and I initially gave it a try out of necessity as my normal store, Publix, was closed. I was pleasantly surprised by the clenliness, the produce selection, the bakery items, and that awesome staff. This is the first staff from ANY Walmart that didn't walk around either looking like they were sucking on sour patch kids, or standing in a huddle gossiping while ignoring the customers seeking assistance. They also don't behave as if it's an inconvenience when asked for assistance in locating an item. They will escort you to it with a smile. This doesn't mean that I don't detest Walmart....I'm always going to pray that I don't become an inmate during that visit. This means that this particular location sets a precedence for your thousands of other employees that are so practiced in their horrid cs skills and their rudeness to customers that they would have one believe these behaviors were written in to the employee handbook. They are the epitome of what customer service should be, and the rest of the company could learn a hell of a lot from them. (Again, I can't believe I wrote this about a Walmart, but great job y'all!)

Had issues with jailbird who works there & thinks his smart. Reggie Shackelford. Which made my experience horrible!

This store is relatively new to this spot but the store has been dirty inside ever since being built. The prices are good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired!! The folks at the pharmacy dept were the only pleasant people we came upon.
