I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years and have been very satisfied.  The pharmacists are all very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to assist their clientele.  Awesome staff!  This has the feel of a small town pharmacy where I am warmly greeted by name and know them by name and past positive experiences.

I was not impressed at all. I went to refill my prescription and they told me it would be 20-25 minutes. Okay, I had some other shopping to do no big deal. I went back and at that point it had been 45 minutes to an hour and I had finished my shopping. I stood in line and I got to the desk just to be informed that it was not done and would be another 15- 20 minutes. I had gone to wonder around while I waited and when I returned 30 minutes later I was again informed I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. By this time I was irritated. I waited and when I returned for the 3rd time I was again informed I needed to wait another 15- 20 minutes.  I understand they were busy but if you are going to tell someone they need to wait then you should tell them close to how long they are actually going to have to wait so they can decide if they want to sty and wait that long not just string them along longer and longer until it is finally done.

They can never seem to get anything filled in a timely fashion, you always have to wait a horrfic amount of time, and staff never seems to know what they're doing!!
