Not enough staffing. Rude staffing. Too long a wait. Have to give them too much information every time.

I try to call for refills the medicine, it's give me the option to select I did, after that, they hang off the phone.........never back to this pharmacy

They advertise open 9am-9pm

Since I didn't have insurance when I moved to Salt Lake City, I was forced to go to the nearby Walmart because they offered the cheapest prescription prices. A few months later I got insurance but I went to this Walmart for about 9 months, and not one of my visits did they get my order completely right, no problems, the first time. There was always a problem. They would; not have the right amount of prescriptions ready, have the wrong prescriptions ready, have prescriptions I didn't order, use GoodRX instead of my insurance or vice versa, they would be out of stock of basic things like syringes or give me the wrong size syringes, they wouldn't call my pharmacy for refills or they would wait until I got there to do so, you name it they did it. The staff was rude and disgruntled, they took forever to get anything done, they seemed annoyed that I was there, even the pharmacist was really curt and dismissive of customers. It was like somebody was playing a prank on me or something, very bad, 100% of the time. 1/5, that is no knee-jerk reaction, they were consistently bad over a long period of time.
