Always great service. Today I dealt with a very pleasant lady named Hend. So knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Thank you for the good customer service you provided.

Worst Pharmacy ever!!! A lady working at the office there is horrible I believe she was an assistant because she was wearing regular clothing and standing behind the counter. She recommended me to take Emergen-c a vitamin c drink mix with electrolytes in it and I told her twice that I’m 2 months pregnant. She assured me that it’s okay. I got home and I drank a little bit of it, but good thing I read the label as I was drinking it because it fully says “Do not drink if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.” If I drank that everyday during my first trimester, God knows what would of happened to my baby. I complained and called at 7pm. The pharmacist working told me it was fine, but wasn’t even sympathetic or reassuring  at all. He said “the label only says that because they ‘may’ have not done any studies on pregnant people, which is why it’s likely safe to take it”. His answer was not one bit a definite one. I know for a fact it was fine because I literally took 2 small sips and not the whole thing. My point was, they shouldn’t have people working here, especially who are careless and don’t know what they’re doing. Horrible service! I will definitely not go to this pharmacy again!
