The pharmacist Krystal is rude never have I ever seen someone be so rude for no reason at all. Wish I could give -5 stars. Won’t fill medication even with the okay from a dr and the script in front of her every time for me.

I didn't feel as bad for the incident happened yesterday at this pharmacy, after reading all the bad reviews about this Walmart Pharmacy at College Park Drive.  I usually just used their auto phone system to refill my prescription but this time (Sunday) I called and talked to a pharm tech about refilling a prescription because they had messed up my order before.  She informed me I have 60 pills left and said it'd be ready the next day.  Later I received a text from them saying the prescription was ready to pick up.  I went to pick it up a few days later (Thursday). After asking me a few times about my name, DOB, checking on the computer, talking to the pharmacist and a different tech (who sit at the "drop off" window), I was told they didn't have my prescription.  I showed the text to the pharm tech and he said "Could this be another prescription that you had already picked up?"  I said "No, this is the only prescription I called in a few days earlier."  (If they didn't believe me they could have checked their computer to see if I picked up any prescription between Sunday and Thursday.)  Finally, after 15 minutes from the time I started talking to him (a pharm tech), he told me they didn't have the prescription for me and it would be a 30-40 minutes wait for them to fill it.  I said I needed it sooner because I was going to be late for an appointment so he told me to step over to the drop off window and to talk to a different tech.  She (the 2nd pharm tech) told me it would be ready 15 minutes and I said I needed it sooner because I was going to be late for my appointment.  She said "can't do." so I asked to see the pharmacist.  (Mind you, the whole time I was the only one there to pick up prescription and I was sure they all knew what was going on).  The pharmacist didn't bother to come toward me at the counter; instead, he asked what my DOB from behind the 2nd counter inside the pharmacy and I had to shout it to him.  He then asked which prescription I needed.  At this time, there were several people in line to pick up their prescription so I said to him "do you want me to shout it to you?..."  I mean, did he not know that it's my private info?  Very  unprofessional!  He (the pharmacist) told me the same thing "10-15 minutes wait" but he did give me the prescription in less than 10 minutes. 
 
This is the 2nd time they said they didn't have my prescription after I received their text informing me the prescription was ready to pick up.  I've been to other Walmart Pharmacy (not in the same state) but this one is the worst.  None of the pharm techs nor the pharmacist apologized for the mess up.  And, I think they should do an internal auditing to see why the prescription isn't there when it (text to me) say it is.  DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU NEED TO.  I'm taking my business somewhere else now.

Horrible. They never have the medication I need. They filled the wrong prescription sent it home with me, then gave me 40 pills,  when they still owed me 20 more , the they charged me and did not say anything about the other 20 pills they owed me. The perscription is for 60 total, I have to take 2 a day. They never mentioned owing me 20 more pulls, charged me the same price....😣 
The staff can not get it together. But, it's Walmart what can you do..? You know you'll have to go back..and they can do whatever to you.. 😔

The people working here are inept. They don't even deserve a one-star rating . When they have an issue filling a prescription they don't know how to pick up the phone on a weekday when that issue can be remedied rather they wait until a Saturday when I go in to pick up the prescription and the doctors are closed. Horrible service.

I called the pharmacy and they won't disclose if they have a particular medication in stock. They would prefer I drive over so they can tell me no. Horrible customer service
