Quality Control Is Lacking. I was sent someone else's prescription. When I contacted the company to discuss the matter, I was stone walled and told they would be happy to receive the prescription back. I wanted to make sure the mistake was addressed and corrected. Not just return the medication. The person I spoke with didn't seemed surprised. In fact, I gather from her comments that it's rather common place to send medications to the wrong people.
