Horrible! Walmart will never be known for an amazing customer service experience but I've become accustomed to the lack of empathy both the supervisors and associates have for their customers. In money services, both a manager and employee allowed a customer to skip me in line. When I came over to the register that opened up behind me, the transaction between this customer and the employee hadn't even begun. I stated that "I didn't hear the attempt to get my attention but I'm here now" the employee began the transaction anyway. The manager witnessed the entire incident and instead of empathizing was extremely rude. When I asked for her manager she told me that I could just wait there and stormed off. She made sure to let me know that she wasn't contacting anyone but I could come over to her register now when a simple "my apologies for the inconvenience" would have sufficed. This manager's name was Simoa and the associates name was Brittne. Both need to consider a new line of work.

Miserable experience from beginning to end. My doctor had to call in my prescription order on two seperate occasions, and each time I would call to check on the status of the prescription they would "have no record" of an order being placed. My physician assistant actually had to call the pharmacy to straighten this out, and they claimed they had no record of the order because it was "placed in the wrong basket." I finally went to pick up the prescription and they were out of stock. I returned again the next day and they were on break which resulted in me having to wait in front for 20 minutes. It's clear the people working here care very little about their customers and their jobs.

Every time I come to this pharmacy, it takes forever in a day for my refill. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait..I went shopping. Allowing over 30 minutes for my RX to be ready.  Came to pick up my RX was told 15 minutes. Shipped again, over 15 minutes. Came back to pick up script was told 10 minutes. Ended up waiting on my rx at the counter. The pharmacist takes forever to acknowledge you. If you don't want your job you should find another one.

This is the worst Walmart .  The customer service is horrible on the phone and in person.  Right now I am on hold and have been for 5 minutes but this is my third time calling back.  The second and third time I was on hold for at least 15-20 minutes each.  I was told that their in store pick up section doesn't open until 10 am. I will not shop or order anything to be picked up at this walmart ever.  I will definitely tell all my friends, family, coworkers and patients not to shop at this walmart. I only gave them this one star because it would not let me post this unless I did.
