Worst customer service ever.  Very unhelpful and very rude.  Verified problem is at their end.  But they won't even try to fix it.

There's a female technician who seems to actually be working against the customers instead of for them..  It should be human nature to try to help the  customer (in this case it was my low-income elderly mother).

I called the Insurance company to make sure the problem wasn't at their end.  Walmart pharmacy is supposed to be a preferred provider for this insurance.

The pharmacy at this Walmart cares about it's patients. It is dedicated to their safety. They always try to get your prescription ready when you want it!
