They rarely have anyone manning the desk.  You have to find some one in electronics to help you, but usually they don't pay attention to who is waiting next.  And, their equipment is often broken.  If you expect 1 hr, plan on 24 or more.  But, plan on paying 1 hr rates, or only get 10% off for your troubles.  The managers are slow to come.  Two days in a row, I wasted most of my morning waiting for help.  Never again.  This store needs to get it together!
