I got the biggest run around ever today. I purchased tires several days ago online to pick up in store. The receipt I got said to pick up in the Auto Center. I got there before 7 and it finally opened 5 after, the lady told me she didn't have a tech yet. So I patiently waited, when one finally came in, she then tried to wait on me. She told me it was nothing she could do until I went to order pick up and get a receipt there first. I proceeded there to find out it doesn't open until 9. A nice clerk came by and I told her my sistuation. She said let me see if I can find someone. She came back with a manager, Paul Clark. He said he would find a clerk to help me and find my order. The clerk came out and made me sign for them and said that they domt print receipts anymore that she would call the Auto center. I got back to the Auto center and she said she couldn't do anything without a receipt. I asked her to call someone. She called several times and asked for them to call her. They never did. I got on my on personal phone and called the store and asked to speak to Paul Clark, which never answered the phone. She then took it upon herself to find the tires after all that. It is like pulling a tooth to get customer service there and much less to get a manager to help. This is not my first run in at this store with situations like this. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

It's WalMart, love it or hate it. Only one in town; only store of its type other than Dollar General, etc. One note able exception, the one time I've had to ask for help the guy I asked was knowledgeable and helpful.

Despite the Christmas rush, I was assisted very quickly and actually by a knowledgeable person about phones and accessories. It was a pleasant visit.

Every employee is so nice and kind to me. They even remember me because I have lived here for awhile now. I love coming here and seeing the smiles on the employees faces. Especially the cart guy's they work there butts off even in the heat of summer.
