This Walmart Supercenter is easy in and easy out. There always seems to be plenty of parking and I have visited it around the clock. The staff and management here work well together and provide a nice shopping experience. Questions are answered cheerfully. The prices are normally the best around for nearly every product they have the store. It is usually well stocked. During the Spring, Summer and Autumn months they offer a variety of healthy plants. Their Customer Service department is well organized. They also have a Subway here and offer vision care. Their groceries, deli, fruits and vegetables are normally priced right - though strawberries and grapes can tend expensive and sometimes they run out of bananas. That drives me bananas! Overall this is a great Walmart to visit. Well lite and clean they always have the right price.

Walmart has everything you need. Greeter remembered me from before. Their workers are very helpful when I can't find groceries that I am looking for. They will take me to the exact spot and pick it up for me. Great help. I highly recommend Walmart to everyone.

Better than many Walmarts I've been too. Clean courteous friendly well stopped. Any problems I've had have always been resolved in a pleasant manner that left me happy and content.

I've been going to Walmart for the past 20 years and have noticed many changes from their products to their customer service to their policies. It started off great with quality products for unbeatable prices. Then slowly it became semi-good quality products with good prices. Now, it seems like its the lowest quality products with mid-high price range. Walmart also used to have the best return policy, complete hassle free and it seems like things are changing and they are headed towards K-mart/Sears direction. Grace period has decreased and god-forbid you bought the whole month's grocery and threw out the receipt on your way out or simply misplaced it and turned out you didn't need some thing, you can only exchange with another food item on that same trip. No Walmart, I just bought so much grocery, I don't need anything else. If you give me store credit, I can only shop here with it so what's the big deal?? I wonder how long it takes for them to go bankrupt like K-mart after people stop going here.

Too bad one person can ruin it for an entire store. Tuesday, 11/14/2017 is the last time I will shop at this store. Since I moved to Belleville, over 5 years ago, I've done my major shopping here and always been satisfied with the prices and service. Indeed, I looked forward to seeing some of the people working there as I feel we've become friends. Being elderly and on social security it can sometimes be 2 or 3 days between meals and when that's the case when I shop I try to grab something not only cheap but that I can eat as soon as I get home. This particular night as I was getting ready to check out I noticed ready made pizzas in the warming unit that were marked 1:00 p.m. Being it was 7:30 I knew they were past the "ideal" sell by time so would be marked down to half price. Two boxes were under others and the pizzas were not dried out so I went into the deli department to inquire about them and saw only 1 woman working the counter. She was waiting on 2 women and there was another customer waiting. Since I had been driven to the store by neighbors and not wanting to make them wait if not necessary I told the lady I only wanted to ask a question and said "the pizzas are marked 1:00, are they going to be marked down?" and she started yelling at me that she's the only one there and too busy to take care of them now. I could see that and didn't expect her to leave the counter to mark them down but was just wanting to know if I should wait and keep the neighbors waiting till she was done with the last customer and could get to them. Her snapping at me wasn't what upset me as I could understand she felt pressured trying to wait on customers plus get the deli ready to close but then she turned to the customer waiting and said... "I hate people like that... she is so rude." Does she realize how embarrassed I would be if I ever ran into that customer or the 3 other people who were in the area at the time and heard her? And did she not understand I was only asking if the pizzas would be marked down and not criticizing that it hadn't been done yet? Like I said, it's too bad one person can ruin it for an entire store. On an aside...she needs to be reminded that every customer, even those she "hates" are what makes it possible for her to get a paycheck.
