I went in about a problem with my cell phone. I had to set up an appointment online through Geek Squad. The people at the store are gray. The staff went above and beyond to help me once I was there. The problem is the website and Geek Squad. First it was difficult to find Geek Squad on Best Buy's website, navigating the site was not easy either, then come to find out I didn't need to go to the store I could have did everything online. Their website needs to be improved.

I always love going to Best Buy but their prices are a little higher than the rest of the places but they do have price match which is cool and they have a very knowledgeable staff. One of the better Best Buys in the area but that's because of the staff. I would always recommend checking out Amazon first because prices are better usually and you can get it matched.

Star was out of the regular brand charger that I buy known as platinum because they stop selling Samsung chargers in the store. The margin where they're allowed to make money on that is much greater by keeping the Samsung chargers for sale only online. Came in the other night to get four replacements And one of the replacements chargers destroyed my brand new S8 plus phone. Best Buy does not stand behind the products that it sells. I have 2 phones 1 for navigation and it's used for navigation all the time and a second phone for conducting other business affairs. Upon bringing miss to management's attention they told me I was out of lock and that I would need to buy a new phone. Exploring what my options were I discovered that a free case For the new phone was all that they were talking about making any kind of discount .whatsoever. Buyer beware Best Buy will not stand behind the products it sells in mobile. Now we have clients who have to wait until next week for their services because of this issue currently going to another store preferably the Apple store to make the purchase of 2 new phones. Not looking for a free ride just want people to make good on the products they sell. Novi Best Buy is not one of those places.
