I've always had a pleasant experience here the workers were helpful especially at self-checkout where it seems every time I put an item in the bag it says that I need to bag the item that drives me crazy but the staff is there to help and they're always so patient and patience is what I need at the regular checkout line bc the speed at which the cashiers ring things up is just beyond unreasonably slow but they are still pleasant when you speak to them I haven't used the bathroom and I sure hope they fixed the messiness of the bathroom but I do think to anyone reading this it would be nice if every time you use a public restroom you have the common courtesy not to make a mess of it, the new renovations are nice

Just your average Walmart trip. They've made some great improvements inside to make things a little easier. Have added additional self-checkout counters so that you have the luxury of checking out right at the door you came in at. That's nice!

This trip to Wal-Mart was crazy first off i passed More then one employee trying to find the site department and they were all to busy to tell me where to go completely ignored me. Then i get to the quick check out and the girl was so rude. And when i went to use the bathroom it was so disgusting i walked right back out. This location is the only location closest to my house and i really think i might drive the 2 hours to pa next time.

This is a mixed bag. Been to 3 that are nearby. Neptune/Tinton Falls is always clean and well lit.Easy to get around and aisles well marked. Produce is fresh. Bricktown isn't as clean with produce at times looking old and sometimes finding item isn't easy. Not in an area you would think they should be in. Toms River location is the dirtiest out of the 3 and no produce section. The same problem with items as Brick has.

Finally added more self checkout positions and the store is pretty clean. Can't comment on staff because I never talk to any of them. I shop at night after 11.
