Done going to this Walmart. I come in and always buy what I come in for. I have no idea why Loss Prevention constantly follows me and my family around when I come in. And if I ever have to come in with my mom again, I’m going to tell TOBY off because he only follows me around because he knows me and doesn’t like me; and has nothing better to do all day. Follow people that are actually suspicious, not someone who is an actual customer. I’m in there at least every other week! I would’ve already been caught stealing over the last few years I go there. Just so I can avoid being made feel like I’m being profiled every time I go in, I’m driving an extra couple of minutes to the broken arrow hillside Walmart supercenter. Hopefully I won’t have problems there. Because I’ve been dealing with this quietly for a few years with Toby and I’m over it.

Really bad customer services. I want some tires for my car and find out that they have the size I need on their display for $76. I went asked the sales person and they say they don't have it in house and have to order it. They say it would $136. I was like what. You have the tire on display for $76 dollars. They should match it. Since they have it for $76 dollars. What kind of service is this. I never see any big retails stores do this type of scam. What a shame.

Large store with decent in-stock. The employees are much more friendly than the customers. There is usually no waiting at the self checkout lanes.

They're stocking shelves at 5, so that's fun. Aisles have pallets of overstock ( probably for splurge purchases ). Very difficult to maneuver through the entire store. Just because something is priced a certain price doesn't mean that's what you're going to pay. Other than the stock clerk, no one works there. I waited 20 mins to get a fishing license the other night and the manager even walked by, looked at me, i asked for help, he kept texting on his phone and went down another aisle. Came back about 10 mins later and said I'm sorry I didn't know you needed help. There are only one or two actual cashier's, they want you to do it on your own ( should be a discount since I'm doing their job for them ). News flash Walmart. There's a reason Amazon is taking so much of your business. No one wants to go to a place like that. Much different now then when Sam Walton was alive.

Tire center seemed to be understaffed. We waited for 15-20 minutes before anyone ever came out to the entrance to greet us for an oil change. Other than that ok service.
