I love shopping at Wal-Mart. With that said, the 12 Mile/Gratiot location is not a good experience for me. Shelves not stocked, check out lanes are either backed up big time, or the check out person at the register is slower than Moses. (usually chit-chatting with "whoever" will chat). Over all, not a happy, satisfying experience.

Boooo! Too many one star reviews! 
I come here when I want to feel better about myself. Really puts things in perspective for me regarding job and life. People come here for the wrong reasons. Let’s not forget that despite all its many many faults, this Walmart Supercenter provides a bunch of people with paychecks, folks do shop here, and it’s one big social experiment so participate people. 
Or just watch, fun 👍🏼

Absolutely worst service I ever had, the cashiers are the rudest people I ever had to do encounter, specifically a woman named Gloria and the lady she had helping her, I wasn't able to catch her name. They had me in tears. Then a worker who was absolutely wonder, she was heaven sent, her name is Albany, she is a wonderful person, she deserves a raise a promotion. This happened on 3-8-18 at 3 pm. Also... The new deal with downloading the app and getting $5 off your first app purchase doesn't work, I spent $79 dollars in there and not a single person knew how to fix it, even customer service who was extremely rude. I'll never shop at Walmart again.

Parking lot is insane! Drive cautiously..watch your personal items as security is very poor at this particular store. Never shop on Saturday or Sunday if your coming for groceries.. otherwise friendly consistent experience with all Walmart fantastic deals order online pick up here

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst Walmart in Macomb county. Rude employees, rude shoppers. The store is always a mess. Stuff just all over the floor and just thrown where ever. Broken merchandise. People in there are always acting crazy and loud.
