Great customer service during my visit. I had to make a return, pick up an online order then return one item from that order, & also make an in store purchase. I was able to do so very easily & with very kind associates.

I had a return, waited about 10 minutes. Not to bad. The clerk was pleasant. Walked around the store and it was a mess! Why do people have to be so darn messy? Wanted to buy jeans, found some amongst the mess, went to stand in line , butt it was too long. Said, no way and walked out. Maybe another day!

Pretty small store compared to the other ones. Otherwise it's JCPenney so you know what you're getting. The other thing I don't like is that there is always a long line. I think the average age in this place is like 74. Search
