Clerks were very helpful. Some shelves weren't stocked satisfactorily. I've been looking for turquoise stoneware cups for a month now, but they haven't gotten any in.

You know it's pretty sad when they feel like they have to check your stuff at the register and then again at the door to make sure you're not taking something you're not paying for but when you find an item that is marked at the wrong price and the manager goes back "to check on it" and moves the items to where they're supposed to be and basically calls you a liar it's totally cool. Is customer service even taught anymore? Is it even a requirement? Apparently not at Wal-Mart. Nope, all you need to even be a manager is to be able to breathe, walk and talk. I am very disappointed in this store and I'm sure if Sam Walton was still alive he would be also. It's employees like that that cause customers to stop shopping at their stores and take their business elsewhere.

I always find what I'm looking for. The staff are very personable. They try hard to make certain you're helped. They do have excellent prices.

I noticed an interesting thing when stopped by Walmart for a couple of items. Every time I go in those darn employees are some of the most polite people to the me the customer. I walk down an isle looking for something and if there is an employee working the isle he or she will ask if I need help finding anything. When I check out at the self serve registers if the employee in that area is not busy he or she will say thank you and have a good day. Good employees! This is a nice change from some of the other useless and rude employees at many of the other local businesses. 5 stars for Walmart employees.

I wasn't feeling well this morning and accidentally left a bag of stuff I purchased at the checkout. I got all the way home (a 30 minute ride) before I realized I didn't have everything. Customer service was wonderful. They couldn't find my bag at the checkout, so they told me to bring my receipt and they would take care of me. I was able to replace all that I had purchased at no extra cost.
