Friendly & helpful staffs. Need help replacing poster frame and an associate at Walmart was kind enough to measure my frame I brought in then helped me find the correct one. Found right shades of colour of towels to update my bathroom (& was on sale too) Also well stocked produce section in the grocery side too. Definitely prefer this location in Knoxville, so far😍

One of the cleaner Walmart stores I've been in. Not a lot of associates around for customer service. It was Sunday though, so the store in general was quiet. Not one associate greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. They weer limited to a point and tell you instead of.

Love the one stop shop for everything. Helpful staff. Easy and quick checkout. Why would pineapple juice be with wines instead of juices? Need a road map to find items that are logically misplaced.

I picked up order that I ordered from Walmart. com and that went smoothly. I needed a bag of top soil and asked for help due to me having recent surgery and was ignored. There were no shopping carts back there so I ended up carrying it myself from behind the Walmart all the way into the garden center and back out. Not cool!! I won't purchase from garden center again!! There were two employees standing in there and they just rolled their eyes when I asked for help.

It's a Walmart, what more can one expect? Honestly though it's kept pretty clean and seems to have what you need. I've never had to wait in line to check out at this location so I guess it's a pretty good one.
