The auto service dept. is full of liars!!! I went in for a oil change that was on sale for 19.99,, mind you Valvoline pull up stations offer the same oil change deal but with tax its total price is 21.85,,, at sears i for the same oil change i paid 25.96,,, thats 4bucks more,, it was the same oil change sponsored by Valvoline at sears but i paid more for it!!!! Then i get my car check up report and the person who services my car marked that several of my fluids were low,,, Yes if u want sears to top off your fluids its an up charge!!! But the kicker is when i got home an check my fluids only 1 of the 4 was actually low and they said my alignment was off but i have a 1yr warranty on my alignment with NTB so i took my car NTB and showed them Sears alignment report and they checked it and sure enough it was fine!!!!! Sears a rip off scam shop with untrained and unprofessional personal,,, if u want to do business with sears go to west town never had any issues with the west shop but east town just like the mall it needs be put outta business!!!!

I like this Sears. Friendly associates and a warm environment.  I always find a new deal every time I go.

Very good the price i paid for item purchased was outstanding and i had bonus credits that made the price really amazing
