Today, I had the worst experience ever. I was treated like if I was a criminal. The cashier in the express lane asked refuse to charged me. She said that my child had to be out of the shopping car when he needed to be in. Rude and demanding that she can refuse to charged. Horrible service will not return. Not to mentioned that my child has special needs. The assistant manager onsite was as rude as her putting the customer last. You all need cuatomer service skills and training. What does the child in the shopping car had to do with her refusal of services. Horrible if I could I would give a zero. Never to return. Whole staff is rude and disrespectful.

I am 17. The employees were very rude to me and did not care of what I was asking them to help me look for. They did not let me purchase Sharpies , which are in the school supplies section. I needed them for a school project, there is no age limit on the package. Went to another store and bought them with no problem.

I always find great deals, from diapers to toilet paper to school uniforms and more. I love my walmart, most of the employees there are super nice. I know not all walmart are the same but at least the one here by loop 20 and clark i give it a 5 star. If i would only have 1 itty bitty complain it would be the smell of the restrooms but i dont know how that can be fix tough. Because it is clean its just that nasty butt smell. I also always order online and do pick up at store and so far have had no problems. The people at pickup are always ready to help you and organized no need to wait until one shows up. I had this occasion were it was already 9:05pm and they stop pick up at 9pm. Well tbe lady was nice enough to still help me get my stuff since it was also just right there i could even see my order waiting for me. THEY usually are pretty strict about when they stop. I forgot to get her name if not i would give jer a shout out right here.. lol .. ok so in short words yes i do recommend this walmart

Not really satisfied with the service, employees are fine, they greet you and that, but the self checkout it's a joke, I tried to buy a thermometer and the machine started blinking asking for an employee code, once the employee code was inserted, automatically a video of my self show on the screen scanning and placing the article on the bag. Like if I was trying to steal it. Really? If you are so worry if I'm going to steal something, why don't you pay real cashiers and get rid of those machines that you only use to save labor and then doubt me as a customer trying to steal something that I have to scan myself.
