On May 3 we were one hour into a four hour trip to Pennsylvania to pick up our son from school. On the way we noticed that there was some vibration in our steering wheel and realized that the tires most likely needed balanced. I found this Walmart was the next one on our route. It was after 6 pm and we hoped there would be time to get them balanced since they close at 7. We stopped and spoke to Carl at the desk and he said he didn't know if there would be time and we said we understand and he offered to ask a manager if they could do the balance and we said he didn't have to do so, since we know it was late and didn't want to make them stay long after their time. We go to the car and about to pull out to leave and he ran out and said that he talked to the tech 8764 Steven and that they would balance the tires and even when we said that they didn't have to, he insisted that they wanted to do the service. They did the service and we were out by 7:30 and back onto our journey. I wanted to express the gratitude and thanks to Carl and Steven and hope they receive the recognition of going above and beyond their job description, and express how much of a blessing they were to us. So now they are stoppping you at the door as your leaving wanting to see your receipt. Now are you going to actually take everything out of my bag and double check with my receipt? I think not. So what is the point to this? Other than to clearly waste my time. Maybe that employee could be put to better use, such as stocking shelves or bringing carts into the store so one can shop.

Great. Watch for people, and cars. Porley designed parking lot, but when you get in! DEALS. I bring out 2 carts, at Kroger the same amount of money 1. Save Money.

I'm literally sitting in the parking lot now typing this. I shop here all the time. I drive out of my way to come to this store to avoid a 2 minute drive to the Whitehall store. So tonight I go through the self scan as I ALWAYS HAVE! I use 2 forms of payment as I DO OFTEN!! I HAVE 2 CARDS AND 2 BANK ACCOUNTS! So I tell the cashier that I am purchasing what's left in my cart He says ok and walks away He's always nice BUT I have a manager in a blue Walmart shirt and some other guy "security" Lmao. Yes I'm laughing because their security is obvious when I'm a trained retail security detective as well as I took law enforcement classes in college, anyway they're standing STARING AT ME at the end of the aisle talking loudly. The man in the blue shirt and the wanna be rent a cop follow me out to the exit doors to where the security office is but the reason I am ANGRY AND POSTING THIS IS THEY WERE SO CLOSE TO ME THAT OF I TURNED AROUND I WOULD HAVE KISSED THE MANAGER. You DON'T do that to a female! THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU DO AS A MANAGER!! Stop me. I paid! I have my receipts! Go through my bags! DON'T GET ON MY BACK! I HAVE ANXIETY FOR ONE THING AND MY FIGHT OR FLIGHT STARTED TO KICK IN.! YOU DON'T DO THAT! I watch my OWN 6!! I'M SO ANGRY!

Low prices but customer service is horrible. the staff always gets a bad mood. Most costumers are always damaging, stealing or disorganizing the merchandise. I don’t like Walmart.
