Walmart is a very convenient place for my family and I to get anything from fingernail clippers too groceries. The store in Kilgore has a McDonald's as well as a tire/oil change garage located on the side of the store. There's also a gas station that carries gas and Diesel fuel as well. Overall this is a pretty clean store and most people are willing to help you if you ask for it.

I mean it's alright.. Just whenever you need any help or anything there is no staff around! And when you go to pay an electric bill there is one woman at the service desk taking her sweet time! I have other things to do besides waiting in a line of 20 people if not more. The website doesn't work when you are applying for a job too. Just like the staff everything magically disappears & nothing works!

Always clean & friendly. Was pleasantly surprised my cashier spoke fluent Spanish and was able to assist the lady in front of me without the need to locate a translator. Way to go WALMART!

Other than having only 3 lanes open, with the store pretty packed, we were in and out fairly quick. They need more checkers....

Employees are rude, didn't want to bother on price checks when register price was higher than price displayed in front of actual product (bait and switch). I was told by employee it wasn't his problem if prices were different and if I didn't like the higher register price I could go put product back. I told employee I wasn't going to put product back I wanted him to do his job because it was his problem as part of his job.
