BEWARE THE AUTO CENTER!! my neighbor is an elderly lady who knows nothing about cars. her car happened to break down in the parking lot. she went to the auto center for help. the battery was dead and car would not start. they told her that her 6 month old battery was no good and she needed another one. they did not test the battery or check anything else, LIKE THE ALTERNATOR which is usually the cause of a dead newer battery in a 20 year old car!! They also talked her in to an oil change which she gets regularly elsewhere. When her car died again the next day she took it to her mechanic and got the real problem fixed, a bad alternator. she called Walmart and was told there was nothing that can be done. Then she went in to Walmart to speak to a manager to ask for a refund, or get her perfectly fine battery back, or a store credit, or an apology. she got NOTHING and no one would take responsibility for the obvious mistake that was made. when asked why they didn't check the alternator or the old battery, they insisted they do not have a basic multimeter to test electrical systems. how can a shop that installs batteries not have a basic tool of the trade? there are plenty of other places for good deals on tires, batteries, and oil changes THAT WILL DO THE JOB RIGHT and if they mess up, give your money back or make it right in some way.

Got Galaxy S 9 cases for $14. 99 but no help on floor in electronics to assist customers & not many TVs on shelves??? Seems they need more help of people & to know what they are doing.

The employees are always helpful, and outgoing, which is rare nowadays. And instead of actually hating the entire experience, like at any other Wal-Mart, it's quite pleasant at this location. I always recommend this location to family members, and my Mom drives 30 minutes just to come here, because the location on the Rock Road is awful.

I leave reviews to prove that Walmart does provide a better discount. I have been in Walmart to buy something in almost every department to appreciate everything to not return it. I made a little bit of a recovering economy too! It is not fair to sit and watch people fire people who judge other people. I am not firing anyone by providing this information. I am creating Search Engine Optimization for myself to be used in test.
