Today was my first time using a Personal Shopper at Walmart and I have nothing but good things to say about it. From using their website to picking up my items, everything about this process is smooth, easy, and quick. I called once I arrived at the pickup zone and Jillian over at the Willow Grove location was professional and knows how to pack up the items appropriately. I plan on using this feature weekly. 5 out of 5 stars Walmart! - Eddie

Many people were in the store tonight. However there were only two cash registers running and of course the do-it-yourself registers. All three of these had gigantic lines. People were coming up with basket fulls of items to pay for and when they saw the three tremendous lines and all the many empty registers they were just leaving their baskets and walking out of the store. Not having check out people is certainly counterproductive.

The store is always busy and rarely has enough checkout lanes open. Cheap prices and reasonable selection for most products still makes it worth it. Their ready made pizza and chicken are amazing for the price.

Basically it's Walmart... One register open at busy times and poorly staffed. The reason it gets 3 stars is because the bathrooms are fairly clean and the isles are nicely laid out and normally in order.

They need to restock their shelves more often...otherwise customer service was great. The two ladies at the lunchmeat counter were very helpful and knowledgeable. Cashiers were on point. My only complaint is a lot of the things I wanted weren't on the shelves. That's the only reason for 4 stars.
