Wasn't exactly customer orientated. Wound up leaving my item by the cash register and walking out. I was second in line and the customer in front of me had a rug with no price tag. Cool and understanding, I'll wait. The cashier did the right thing and called her supervisor for assistance but the supervisor was more concerned with bringing the empty buggies back to the entrance. Like literally she walked right past us all to get two more buggies saying she'll be right back. If the buggies were an immediate danger or blocking the way I'd understand her sense of priority but that was just completely bad judgment. She didn't even come right back ! Then also the cashier let the guy go back and get it different rug before the supervisor came back. Of course he had time I suppose lol. Not funny. The point is I really wanted those grits before work but had to leave them or I'd be late for work because I swear she wasn't exactly walking with a sense of urgency.

The stores have different merchandise. This one has what we need. The fresh veggies are excellent nice crispy lettuce, celery and others are lookin good. Love the plant section of the store all outside items are here walkway lights, fertilizer & grills bicycles you name it. In between is everything else.

A wild and crazy place. It's always busy. Best time to shop is during the middle of the night. Avoid weekends and holidays, especially late afternoon and evenings. Go at own risk, waiting 20-30 minutes to check out is normal

It was poorly stocked. For example, we wanted to buy 6 jars of Stukely's mango jam. You only had 2. We asked the lady stocking the isle if there were more in the back, and she said she did not know but refused to go look. The same with other items. I know yourcemployees are busy, but a little effort goes a long way.

Surprisingly; good customer service. From my experience, most Was Mart stores suck at providing a good experience, but I am happy with this store and how the employees actually care you take time to come to their store.
