NO cashiers and self checkout malfunctioned. Couldn't make change for cash. Had to wait 20 minutes for "customer service manager" to come fix it/give me change. THEN she called A cashier to open A line. How prey tell is this convenient? Do not go here after 6pm unless you speak some foreign ass language AND have an extra hour to kill waiting to check out.

There are almost never enough cashiers to keep long lines from forming. Expect to spend half your trip waiting to checkout. They are removing the self checkout, but only have 3 cashiers on shift during the busiest part of the day. Take the typical amount of time it takes you to get in and out...then double it. That's how much time you should expect to spend.

I was harassed by a drunk crackhead who had been helping themselves to the alcohol selection. Employees and manager did nothing to help or didn't remove this loitering individual. Unpleasant shopping experience was unable to even get half the items on my grocery list from being scared.

The ones rating this store 5 stars are definitely either managers of this store or someone paid to write something positive by desperate managers!!! This is the worst Wal-Mart in Nashville!!! There's only 2 registers open and about 100 people waiting to checkout. These people don't know how to run their stores! They can't even open the self checkout lanes. Don't go to this Wal-Mart!

Worst Walmart ever. The checkout lines are ALWAYS backed up into the clothing section - or self checkout backed up to the freezer section. Just stupid. Don't come after 2pm, on any day. Mornings seem to be good. 🙄
