I had planned a trip, and I wanted to use the Grocery Pickup that was offered at this Walmart. I was in the middle of traveling with a youth group, and I had thought this would be a great way to grab all the groceries I would need for the week. I had scheduled my order to be picked up from 6-7pm. I arrived about 6:30pm, even though I had not received a notification that my order was ready. 

When I arrived and called, I was informed that this particular department was understaffed, and that they would hopefully get to my order soon. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked an associate the status of my order, and I was informed that it would take at least another 45 minutes to complete my order. 

I cancelled my order, and went inside to pick up the groceries myself. I left Walmart at about 8:15pm. This was a very disappointing experience.

Wal-Mart Superstores are pretty much the same everywhere. However, something about this particular store makes it feel friendlier. Wide selection of products. Sufficient parking.

I live in Louisville and go out of my way to go here. It's nice, workers don't come up and ask if you need anything (which I like but some might not) they stay to themselves unless asked. The only thing that gets under my skin is they NEVER have enough lanes open & the self checkout closes at around 11 PM.

Good prices and a wide variety of foods. However the jewelry counter isn't the best, they couldn't size my fiancè's ring but waited over five weeks to tell us. I am honestly ready to take mine back and deal with someone who knows what they are doing.

I have had nothing but trouble out of this store. Any time I use the photo center, jewelry counter or the electronics I have to request someone to help. Their customer service sucks. There is never anyone at their counters in the above listed centers. Then when you do ask for someone you have to wait 30 minutes or longer. This place is ridiculous. I'll be taking my business to Clarksville from now on.
