I call this Walmart and security answers does not get me a worker that deals with the department I'm looking for. I ask to see if they have a movie I'm looking for. So his job is to let me know that they don't have it. There is a list that stores have to let people know when it will be coming to the store. (Thanks). This is not his job and didn't even try nor care to get me help. Might sound childish but this is sad give him a raise for not doing his job and acting like he's a manager. Maybe he should be watching to see if someone is stealing not your job manager/supervisor Thank You !!!!!!

I am very disappoint in my recent run into Walmart this evening. If I could I wouldn't give them any stars. The key to a successful operation is people, process and IT. To prove my point, I walked in and returned two items that were refunded on a Walmart gift card. I then went through the store shopping for no more than five items. When I got to the register to check out and subsequently pay, the gift card provided earlier simply did not work. According to management, they were in process of migrating new systems at the corporate level hence why my card did not work. The process to have a manager come over, research the issue and assist the register employer was miserable since it requires a manager unlocking of the drawer. It took more than three or four calls to get him over as he was having several other issues with customers at different registers. I recommend having more than one manager on site for the pure size of the store or giving your register employee the ability to override a transaction. I think the register employee should have been well trained to handle the situation but that was not the case and he was gathering a line of customers due to the back up. After about 15 minutes of waiting the manager was able to swipe my card or key in the number to deduct the payment for the items I was purchasing. Frustrating enough, I proceed to the exit to realize I was rung up for an item that I did not purchase. So I was back at the customer service desk attempting to get my money back. They were apparently having system issues again where they could not reimburse the card I was giving with the funds. To note, this took another 20 minutes as the employee was unable to get the card to read on the system. After almost an hour of waiting, the transaction was complete after the manager came over twice to get the system rebooted and working. They insisted that they could not return cash for the credits I had and it had to be applied to the card. From a customer satisfaction risk, it would make sense to pay in cash and let the customer leave and substitute that for the credits on the card. But apparently money and credit on a card are two different payments in the end... To sum it all up, this place doesn't have people that are well trained, adequate number of managers on site to accommodate system issues they knew they were experiencing, and processes in place to take care of such situations. I wasted over an hour + worth of my time and the five minutes writing this when this shouldn't have taken more than ten minutes total throughout the store. Corporate really need to consider revisiting this site to determine if they have adequate controls in place to reduce risks like these. I will never shop again at this Walmart and any others considering. Might as well mark off my sams member ship as well since they are affiliated.

If I could do negative stars I would. They have a horrible employee names Nawna... She's light skin black with really short blonde Hair and glasses. They should fire this woman! She is racist and rude to every white customer that walks through the door. She was running the self check out and I walked up. She says "its for 20 items or less" I asked her where the sign was that said that and she responds "there ain't one but im tellin you." Extremely rude. With out a sign and only 22 items I helped myself to go on and check out my things. "O u just gona Ignore me huh" She yells. I said yes and continued my check out. She then proceeded to harass another white female at another check out. I finished and left. After putting my things in my car I decided to talk to the manager. I walk back in, walk up to the employee and ask her name. Real loud she says "Nawna" and spells it for me as I Walk away.... Then says "You got that or do you need me to write it down?" .... At this point I'm pissed... I talked to the manager on duty, Lisa, and she just said sorry... As I was leaving the cashier yelled "bye bye"..... I'm not happy with a sorry! The staff is unprofessional and I'll never go back to that ghetto, racist Walmart!!!!

You can get some things at decent prices but many times its hard to find what the price actually is. I come by here when I need something that I don't want to pay too much for. Store could be in better shape, things all over the place and lines tend to be pretty long. I come here only when I need to.

Havent ben there in awhile it was slow and gloomy atmosphere the staff was very Nice and helpfull
