I enjoy shopping there, however just got off the phone with an extremely rude operator. When she first answered I could not hear her and told her I would turn up the volume on my phone. STILL could not hear her (which tells me it was her) and told her so. She then yelled into the phone! All she had to do was put the phone to her mouth in the first place and the problem would have been solved. Not really a big deal I just expect more from Nordstrom. I agree with some of the other reviews that state more customer service training is needed.

It was ok, not the best not the worst Nordstrom's I have been in. This store's depth of selection and stock seemed a bit thin, and the kids shoe department was very disappointingly limited - an understatement. Wound up going to the other main department store at the other end of the mall and found four times the selection and some great discounts. The store didn't have many customers either compared to their competitors store, but that is probably not a fair comparison. Unless this store has something you are looking for you are probably better off skipping it and head directly for the other stores.

Busy cafe today with line at order desk. As I have many times before, I asked if they could blacken the salmon on my salad. Very unpleasant, male attendant said they could not. Told him they have been doing if for me for the last two years or more ( at Kenwood, at Beachwood, and at Ross Park Mall cafes), he became confrontational. He could do it for a larger piece of salmon with a $3.00 upcharge. Manager came and “no problem, we can do it.” Embarrassing in front of the line!! Salad arrived. Salmon was cold and raw. Put in for a chicken salad. Manager gave a card for a free meal next visit ( it will be a long while before I return here). Not particularly sorry. Restaurant seemed chaotic. We never did know who our waiter/waitress was - drinks left empty. This was a complete departure from any visit I have had to ANY of the cafes!!!! Couldn’t believe I was in a Nordstrom store!! Lots of other places to eat in the mall. Disappointing.

I have a major issue with this store. Its in a well off area, but the buyer for this store clearly buys the smallest quantities and does not bring brands in that can be found elsewhere. I have essentially given up buying mens clothing for my husband. Its vineyard vines and southern proper only. Beyond that good luck. When this store first open they had many high end brands you couldnt find elsewhere. Now its just a cleaner more organized Macys in my opinion. I use to spend quiet a bit yearly. Now i barely walk in the store anymore. This store has been downgraded to a C store, Seattle needs to have this at B level at least. I guess demographics werent studied well enough for this store buyer.

Favorite place to get shoes and nice clothes. Service is great most of the time.
