It's hard to rate any Walmart more than okay. The customer service is typically lackluster, but I think that is attributed to the employees' low wages/benefits. The shelves never seem to be fully stocked. The lines get really long because there aren't enough cashiers working. This adds stress to the customers and the overworked cashiers, it's really poor management. Another ridiculous thing is the store opens at 6am, but the fitting rooms and customer service doesn't open until 8am?! Calling the store to ask a question is a complete waste of time. You get transferred, left on hold or disconnected. With all that being said, I have encountered some very helpful employees here and the prices can't be beat. I also like the self-checkout because it saves time.

Two "managers" named Tyna and Griselda refused to sell us a case of beer that my friend's mother was purchasing. We are all well over the age of 21 and after waiting in line for over 20 minutes in line, they demanded to see my friend's and my IDs , which were way out in the car. We were spending well over $300 and already holding up the line, and they expected us to run out to the car and hold up the line even longer? They kept trying to quote Louisiana law, but I'm a bartender with a responsible vendor's permit, and I've taken a course to get it. Therefore, I'm well-versed in Louisiana law. These people are incredibly rude and were VERY disrespectful to us. Don't shop here.

This place is a dump. Store and bathrooms always dirty. Unfriendly employees with plenty of attitude because they have to work and managers who spend more time on their cell phones then working.

Walmart was once my go to store. I value time and convenience more than saving a dollar. On a regular basis normal items are out of stock. Also, never more than 2 checkout lines open (with 8-10 customers with full baskets). I have a job!!! I refuse to be a CHECKOUT AND BAGGER employee for Walmart. Plus self checkout always makes an error (over charges me or locks up). They have 3 people standing there talking or playing with cell phones watching over customers. They cannot fix the errors themselves. They tap on the screen for a minute. Then, the employee (never saying a word) walks away to a phone to call manage (3-5 minutes). The manager walks up talking on a cell phone and stops 5 feet away from terminal to finish thier phone call (3-5 minutes). She taps a few buttons and walks away. She never looks at me or speaks a word!!! My BIGGEST ISSUE!!! EMPLOYEES IMPLY YOU ARE A THIEF. When something does not SCAN correctly. THERE ARE 10 SELF CHECKOUT TERMINALS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER!!! YOU CANNOT EASILY DIFFERENTIATE WHICH TERMINAL SCANNED AN ITEM (BEEPED). TARGET IS MY GOTO STORE NOW. THE # 1 RULE IS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! I DON'T FEEL THAT I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER. WALMART DOES NOT CARE!!!!!

Its okay. Often under stocked. Almost always understaffed, especially when it comes to cashiers. The lines get completely ridiculous. Still, we are usually able to get most of what we need and it's not the worst Wal-Mart in the area.
