UGH! not sure I could really do an objective review, because GOING to Walmart is a punishment to me. Everything has been relocated, UGH!, I couldn't find anything. I was looking for sheets, limited choice, ended up buying plain white. Couldn't find dish towels, finally asked another customer, cause help was NO WHERE in sight, LIMITED choice, but I bought some. I will have to say Checking out was easy at the SELF check out. PLEASE...BE prepared to park two miles out. LOTs of handicapped parking, but rest pretty far out. Trips there will be very limited for me.

Terrible staff preparation of this Walmart store. I made an order online and opted for the pickup in this store. This one is totally lost. In this one of the store has the kiosk to inform the order number and a monitor with the queue in the order of arrival and saying that it is being attended, I waited more than 30 minutes for my order, and nothing to deliver. I looked for service and was informed that I should go to the computer department that is at the end of the store and get my order. No one knew anything about my request, I had to report everything again. The cashier is very slow. This store does not closely reflect Walmart's efficiency.

Given the lack of more shopping options in Espanola, Walmart is the main choice for people in the area when they cannot go to nearby Santa Fe or when they cannot find what they need in the other local supermarkets. I normally like the mostly clean and spacious environment, but the crowd can get intense sometimes. Maybe it's the fact that local people are very friendly, but the staff has always been accessible there.

I walk here for fun just to pass the time with my girlfriend,and the selection is great. The staff is helpful except for that one time they tried to deliberately get me to sign up for a credit card when I said no about three times but besides that it's great; Great produce also.

Very few live cashiers, long lines. Customers should get a discount when they have to use self-scan cash registers! Lines at new pharmacy extend out into main aisle where most people pass causing congestion in aisle. Parking is horrible and many vagrants in parking lot. Many items are out of stock and store is stocked during day when customers are trying to shop. Very frustrating. I don't go there unless I absolutely have to.
