The managers here are very slow very under stuff , I've waited over 3 weeks to get a call back and nothing still had to call and go in every week .. all I have to stay is very lucky I ain't the GM ..

I'll just say I was I customer of Aarons many years ago and the experience was terrible, I vowed,  screw Aarons ill never go back. The wife and I needed to move, we needed a washer and dryer asap.  We go to aarons, we were immediately greeted, some staff looked bored, but that was because it was a holiday, if good Friday counts, we were offers food drinks, to look around with no pressure no one being rude trying to make a sale. We knew what we wanted, the fella was very knowledgeable and we were in and out with a prompt delivery date.  Thanks arrons staff. You guys were  great. Expecting the delivery today, our items are brand new in the box. Hopefully that's the way ill see them delivered or my rating might change drastically.  But our experience was as good if not better than anywhere else we've ever been. Half an hour past the 4 hour window but no complaints

well not writing this exactly for personal experience writing it cuz i was thinking of going to aarons for a washing machine but was confirmed not a place to go cuz service sucks my brother baught a refrigerator 4 months ago and it recently stopped working and he cant get aarons to go fix it or replace it what kind of service is that leaving him without refrigeration claims they dont have anyone to go out that is wrong he asked to speak with manager and for some reason employee refused to allow him too i suggest you get your customer service in order or get new people that beleive customers come first especially if they want to continue receiving our money
