This Walmart is on par with every other Walmart I've visited throughout the country. With a little determination and time you can usually find any and everything you're looking for. Unfortunately, you will not receive much help in doing so as the customer service is poor. Prices are fair and competitive. Overall, this Walmart is a place to find whatever it is you need as long as you have plenty of time and even more patience.

All employees are very curtious and helpful. Great merchandise and low prices. Always have great experiences shopping at Wal-Mart.

The store was an uncomfortable temperature. I was hot and I heard several others say they were too, so it wasn't just me. Several items I normally buy were not in stock. Shelves were poorly stocked and in a big disarray. Finally got most of what I needed to get and went to the register for self check out. Just about finished with my purchase and place product on to weight. The machine messed up saying the money part of the machine wasn't functioning properly and it locked up. The cashier there to help called customer service to come help. After about 10 minutes the girl said she could ring me up or I could continue to wait. I didn't want to have to take everything back out of the bags to rering. I asked her was any one coming. Her reply was yes and I told you I would ring you up, they have other things to do and are busy. Another 5 minutes before customer service shows up. She never even speaks to me or looks at me. I tried to tell her that I had not even finished ringing my stuff when this happened, I was trying to ring up produce. She never acknowledged I was there, she locks the door back on the machine and leaves. I finished everything but the produce. It wouldn't ring it up this time either. So before it messes up, I choose to finish and pay. Then I have to go to another register to ring my produce. Poor customer service! Poor management!

Wal-Mart employees were very curtious and helpful. I found 5 red bull energy drinks (yellow) that were out of date. Went to a CSM and let them know the issue. They then sent me to get my money back from customer service, I told them that I was going to decline that per due to being out of date and I did not want them having to go back to the back and re-stock on my account. Although, I did want them to be aware of the issue. That way no one else would run into this problem, and or get sick from the Jun red bull as it is Oct now. Employees were very helpful and I do hope they get a good review during their next evaluation.

I often wonder if people actually work here. I waited 20 minutes for a cashier to ring my purchases. I could have used the self checkout but they were closed also.
