Typical Walmart with 1-2 registers open n huge lines, 22 ppl in my line and then a 20 or less item lane opened. This store doesn't price match, depending on what county a Walmart is in determines how expensive a,product is so a richer county higher prices so keep that in mind for some purchases. Grocery store part items more expensive than my local grocery store for many items. Limited salad n vegetables items n mostly organic and why more expensive but no other choice I saw. Employees had no idea where exactly some items were when in that section n took me 3 store associates til found a friendly knowledgeable guy who walked me to the items which sadly was where I started looking for the collapsible bins for shelves. The furniture is heavy in boxes n no one to help and I searched. They have table n chair sets up high so you can't even really see. I had to take a pic by holding hands above my head to see the table top. Why Walmart does this and with baby walkers in many stores no idea. I would have bought a small freezer but I could not find anyone to help me unless I walked half length of store to ask customer service. Also customer service here did not know some basic information that they should have been able to answer. I find Walmart associates are generally very poor at providing information or even in housewares they say when I asked where things were to walk up to far end n should be in the first 4 aisles, well it wasn't n the item I wanted was I found a few feet from where I asked where it was. Also never knew they sell refurbished items n in store I saw no sign item was refurbished, but while in customer service the 3rd time I found out from a customer the item he bought in store was refurbished n he had no clue when bought n no sign, he had a faulty item n called the 800 number on box n how found out. Also I asked customer service how we know n is there a way on boxes we know or are there signs n then why aren't there signs n she didn't know even sold refurbished items. They should be able to answer questions like this if customer service

I love walmart stores because of the variety of merchandise at lowest prices. The Oxford store however is notorious for being out of items. Pet food area needs more staff.

I choose this location well over 90% of the time compared to the other Wal-Mart nearby. Both are about the same distance, but this one is better maintained and more organized. Every Wal-Mart deals with customers who don't put things back where they found them, but this location has less of a problem than others. Either the staff is better or the customers, I'm sure it's probably a combination of the two. I'm a night shopper, so I often experience the dreaded midnight shift change that can prolong checkout. Go to the electronics register in the back if you only have a few items during the shift change up front. You can save a half-hour wait. As with most places, engage the staff and they become friendlier and more helpful.

Used the new "pick up" not the grocery one, but I enjoyed having to go no further than the front door. Definitely made my life easier. I've used pick up twice now and I will again

A typical Wal-Mart. Service is both lacking and impressive, depending on the time of day.
