We decided to go to Walmart and get a charger for his laptop.  At first the associate seemed eager to help and knowledgeable of his department. Upon deciding on the charger we had previously, that was against his advise his reply was "do you really have $20.00 you can throw away" absolutely astonishing to speak to a customer with no regard as if we were beneath him....guess we will drive a bit further to the next Walmart as opposed to being talk to like a peasant

Another day of excellence,  van sat for 45 minutes and only got moved when I asked if it was EVER getting started on. Multiple vehicles went around me while waiting. They move it and hen it sits for another 20 minutes with nothing being done. Hour and five minutes and nothing has been done.  All this for 4 tires. You'd think at 8 in the morning you could get faster service. Went in day before and it was a 2 hour wait. Sadly this isn't the exception it's the rule. Always out of stock on everyday items. Manager walks by asks me how it's going. When I express my frustration he smiles says good and keeps walking. Guess it comes from the top.

I went to the automotive department for help getting new tires there was a man named Adam that helped me an I'm so thankful for him he certainly went above an beyond. The world needs more people like him, that actually want to help people in their time of needing help an advice, I'm very thankful for his help.

Hate Walmart but they have got you trapped if you live in the four states because they don't have real grocery stores. You pretty much are stuck buying great value brands because that is all they carry and they won't price match anymore because they are competing with Amazon. What a joke!!!!!

Love the door greeter. He sings to everyone. He makes fighting the crowds and waiting in long lines worth it. He makes me laugh when i enter the building and when i leave. His name is Preston.
