Went to get my telephone 4 days ago and had a magnificent experience. Myra is a very lovely, personable lady! She is very knowledgeable even helped this old lady set up an email! This store is always giving me great customer service. Recommend this store more than the one on 42nd. Will definitely be going back.

Very professional place! The customer service was great would recommend this store to everyone. The one inside the mall was a horrible experience I rather drive an extra 5 miles to this store. They will make sure you are taken cared of. Jeremy is an amazing guy always with a positive attitude and the new girl was very helpful! 5 star!

The staff is very professional,  knowledgeable,  and friendly. They take care of business in a very personal way. In addition, there is very seldom a wait time. Great place, great service, great staff. Especially Jeremy!

I have shopped at this location multiple times past and present. I have never had such genuine customer service as I have had in the last 6 months. I hate having to drive across town and since there is new management I don't have to! Jeremy has excellent customer service skills and I will continue to shop this location.
