I found items that were very useful, even though I did not intend those purchases, upon entering the store. Personnel were helpful on answering my questions. Prices have been fairly reasonable for most things. I tend toward self-service; although, occassional aid is necessary by customer service representatives.

8:00 at night 5 customers deep and they close a lane. It's like this everytime I come in regardless of time. Need to FIRE all managers. Can't wait till winco comes in. I will never come back in this store ever again.

The Walmart always is stocked with whatever you need. I usually go later or earlier to avoid the crowds because people in this particular Walmart are absolutely rude and will hit you with your cart and act like it's your fault. There is absolutely no courtesy amongst the Shoppers they are entitled and feel like it is their Lane and you're just merely kind of coming through it. The door greeters are amazing they're friendly they are nice they're everything you would ever want from an employee as well as the cashiers and stockers. So it is not the employees that make it a terrible place it is the customers.

The tire department at West end Wal-Mart is the best experience I have had. Their policies are strict. And their employees are so good! Patience. I think her name was Kayla: super good with frustrated customers on a holiday, over worked and understaffed, she handled it like a champion. Recommended the best tires for my f150 supercrew. I was very happy with the customer service I received on New Years Day, that was the ONLY place open. And the price was the BEST in the city.
