Never ever had a bad experience!!! But today was by far the best, so I had been studying for a test alllllll night and hadn't gotten any sleep at all, and I only had a few minutes before I had to be in class for my exam, the guys were super fast! And I had fallen asleep in the waiting room because of my lack of sleep 🙃. But the guys kept an eye on me and my stuff :,) it was so kind! this is the only place I'll go to now!

Staff was Incredibly Rude. I pulled up for an oil change. Older gentleman with Grey hair was so nasty upon greeting me(*if you can call it that). I literally got back in my car and left and drove 2 miles to the next oil change place I could find and payed almost double what Walmart was charging. They guy acted as if i bothered him requesting an oil change while he was working at an auto center??? Im done with this place now because of jerks like this working there. The bad thing is that is badge said he'd been working there for years... Smh

Made appt to get new tires installed. Get there and find one person working. She tells me that it is first come first serve, and since she is doing an oil change on diesel pick up she can't even look at my tires for an hour and a half. This place is an absolute joke!

Took a while to get my tire changed but it was shredded to pieces. Good workers probably don't get paid enough to do what they do

I'm being generous with my 3 stars because I can't certify the quality of the their service in performing an oil change, or even if that service was performed at all. On the customer interaction aspect however, as little as there is, they were somewhat lacking. On my last visit, I was given a remote notification device which was to light up and vibrate when service was complete. An hour or more goes by without any notice so I walk back to the desk and ask what's going on. "Oh your car is done", "why wasn't I notified?" "They must have forgot..."
