Feldman of New Hudson is the BEST dealership! 

Tony Whiteman is the best car salesman by far. He is always available for any questions you may have, goes above and beyond for his customers and always has a smile on his face while doing 1048473 things at once. 

I recently had to bring my car into the collision center. I was immediately given a loaner and taken care of within 20 minutes. Anthony in the service center was fantastic and assisted me in my loaner on a busy Saturday. Katherine in the collision center was great too! She called and updated me on my car whenever she received information. Thanks for the great experience :)

Feldman did such a wonderful job. Our salesman was Greg Green. He did absolutely everything he could and went well past his job as a salesman to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a 2017 Traverse and noticed before we left on a Saturday evening the radio unit wasn't working. Since service was closed we made an appointment to bring it back Monday. It turned out the repairs were going to be pretty extensive and one of the parts was on back order with no delivery estimation. Instead of making us wait they put us in another brand new Traverse on Thursday. They did a wonderful job working together to make sure we felt satisfied with our purchase.

I recently purchased a 2014 Equinox from your dealership.  My salesperson, Eric, was amazing.  He worked very hard at getting me the vehicle I wanted and keeping my payments at what I said I could afford. The communication was great as I work weird hours and he still fit me in around a busy schedule. Eric answered all of my questions and concerns right away, didn't push me on something I didn't like and made sure I had everything I needed. Every step of the way he was very good at keeping me updated and explaining. Everyone at feldman of new Hudson was awesome to talk to and work with! I would definitely go back to purchase another car!

I had an excellent experience buying my new vehicles from Feldman. Nick and Kam were great! I never felt pressured and I walked away feeling like I got the best deal. Jeremiah in finance was extremely nice and honest. Overall a good experience. I will be going back for my next vehicle.

Recall was performed as promised.
Requested dealership to not wash my truck because it was cleaned, polished and detailed. Was perfect. Don not wash was on service form. Guest what they washed it anyway and left outside to dry. Talk about white water spots, they were everywhere. Thanks when I told you not to.
Also not nice to leave my radio on when you move my truck around your lot.
