The lady optometrist did not do a good job on my eye exam. The prescription was not correct, and the glasses did not fit. This was just the beginning of my problems. I asked the optician for the same type of lenses that I ordered in the same shop a few years ago, and he assured me that it would be the same. Guess what, the new lenses were twice thicker. He could not explain why. The next day I realized that the new prescription may be incorrect too, and asked to put the order on hold. The associate was rude to me, he was irritated and acted unprofessionally. I was denied the new appointment with the optician, she said that she can’t help me any more. This Walmart vision center is unfriendly and not very professional. I will try Costco center instead.

This is the second time I had success at trying an Optometrist at a Walmart Center. The female doctor they have in place here is excellent. I use mono-vision contacts and it's not easy to prescribe contacts that work well. I felt that she did a very good job on my eye exam and she was able to determine a good set of contacts for my eyes promptly. She was easy to reach after the exam to answer or accommodate any of my requests. I had a great experience with her and I plan on coming back next year.

Got a great pair of glasses yesterday, the price was unbelievable. They looked just as expensive as my $500 pair, except they were on sale for $28.00. The Assoc. Anthony M. was very helpful and honest on what looked right on me. Will be back tonight for another pair!

Great customer service and was able to do an eye exam and get lenses for my glasses. In and out in no time

I used to go to trendy expensive eye care facilities like Pearl Vision, etc. until someone told me about Walmart. At first I was not too sure what I would find there, but once I did, I had the best experience with their doctor, their glasses, their people, etc. The doctor is far better than most I have even gone to and she takes all the time needed with me. My prescription is perfect each time far better than the prescriptions from the opthomologist office that were wrong. Walmart stands by their glasses and has a long warranty on them, not like the other facilities that hardly even give a guarantee. Kudos to Walmart Vision Center....they are the best....try for yourself and see.
