I can only say that customer service is a huge component of the success of any business.  This place doesn't have it.  Go somewhere you are valued AFTER you sign up, not just UNTIL you sign up.  

If it would be possible to rate this facility less than one I would .  I left this facility a year ago because it was declining.  A lot of the equipment was in a state of disrepair; the cleaning staff always vacuumed the cardio theater (my favorite part of the gym when it was working) while I was working out, and the staff and management didn't care.  [If the policy is to clean it during open hours then close the theater earlier than the gym closes.]  It was near impossible to cancel my membership.  Instead of being able to walk to this gym I joined one 20 minutes away that was better suited to my needs.  

My daughter is trying to cancel her membership now and the person on the phone didn't know the policy.  When she asked to speak to someone who could help her the woman hung up on her.

Love this gym.  Good equipment.  Serviceable staff. Never overly crowded to the point you can't get your desired workout in.  Has a nice neighborhood vibe to it.

Wonderful staff, clean gym, women's section can use a new eliptical for sure but otherwise it serves it's purpose well.  This is my second year and I do love it.  I've had a few trainers and they were all excellent.

This gym is just a disaster.
After my year membership I filled out a paper cancellation in January. I called the following day to make sure myembers hip was cancelled.
They said yes.
They did not give me a duplicate and they do have the note that I called to make sure my cancellations was on.
Three months the later I saw that they still charging me!!!!
I ask to talk to the manager but impossible or she is on a phone call or out but will never call you back!!!!
What kind of manager ger she is????
Never call back doesn't care about her customers.
She doesn't want to refund me pretending they don't have the cancellation form which I did but they have the note that I asked to cancel!!!!
She doesn't care about it and doesn't want to talk to me!!!!!!
I have to add that the facility is not clean and people never clean behind them!!!!
The sauna smells bad and people go there with their sneakers but apparently it is okay which shock  me!!!!
Shower are dirty full if hair!!!!!
I hate this place and hate the owner who has no compassion  and is not involved at all!!!!!!
