We have two very attentive people keeping an eye on the place, Brandon and Sam.  During office hours, they are accessible and always friendly and, from what I hear, are trying all the harder to clear away the faults created by the previous property management company.

Great on-site facilities that, unlike every other property my wife and I have researched in the Des Moines area, don’t have extra charges attached even if you don’t use them.

The dog park is quiet and a nice little space, albeit with some users that don’t use the mess bags 3 feet away (but that’s the inconsideration of pet owners, not the fault of the property managers).

Feel very safe and comfortable here, can’t be happier and look forward to being here for a lot longer to come

Do not move here!

Let me start by saying that they have changed management 3 times since we moved in 10 months ago. But it has not been a problem until recently. 

The first issue we have is some residents let their dogs go to the bathroom ANYWHERE and DO NOT clean it up. On the sidewalk, in the grass, and even in our hallway. 

Another issue we have is our neighbors smoking weed and blaring music at all hours of the day. We have complained to management and nothing has been done about it. Our lease even says that any person violating state, local, or federal laws shall not be allowed to occupy the premises and will be asked to vacate. We have animals and children that are on our floor. This is extremely disrespectful to everyone else. 

Another issue we have is the "24 hour on-site maintenance". This is not correct at all. No one is on site 24/7 because when we had a problem happen after 5 on a Friday, it was not fixed until Monday. 

Kids just roam about without any adult supervision and cars just speed right on through the parking lot, and around the corner to the only entrance/exit without any regard to anyone else. 

There are so many rules now, and "flyers" from management are posted on our doors about once a week. About complaints/rules, and "community activities". This complex feels less and less like our home everyday, as we are not allowed to decorate the outside of our apartment. With utilities being taken away and rent prices going up, we will NOT be renewing our lease. I would take our old management back in a heartbeat (at least they left us alone), as I now feel like nothing more than a paycheck. Do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT consider this place when looking for your next home.

Definitely not worth what they charge. Even though the buildings aren't that old they're already falling apart due to how hastly they were thrown together. Walls are as thin as paper, can hear everything. Hallways always smell like skunk, way too many potheads around here. Maintenance never fixes anything either. This place just isn't worth it even under the new management.

Horrible place to live because this is my second year living here and since we've lived here they had like 10 different managers. There is maggots inside the walls where I live and it's been a week and all they have done is put the bug killer spray. I have two kids in here so I feel like they don't care about the people renting. I've called the office and spoke to them but it's a different manager now . I had to throw stuff away and I don't feel comfortable. They claim to be luxurious apartments but they are made sloppy and the maggots and flies in the walls is disgusting.

My daughter currently lives at this property the location is great peaceful, downside is other residents which normal wear and tear is expected in hallways specially from moving but actual apartments are nice inside balconys decent size. I pay my daughters rent currently as her and her roommate are students I as a parent am happy that my daughter picked here rather then West Des Moines or downtown. Perks they let you fish in their pond.
