I have to give this place 10 stars! These people are amazing. We drove from Pittsburgh after having a horror experience with Phoenix Auto Sales in Akron. They went above and beyond in describing the vehicle and taking extra pics to avoid another wasted drive. Very prompt at returning calls and emails. Upon arrival we were greeted with courtesy and excitement! The vehicle was remarkable, beyond expectations that we had, the price was good. We paid asking for the car in cash, not because we had to, but because we WANTED to! They deserved every bit of it. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied taking the vehicle off the lot. They were also very accommodating to my 4 year old son. Very impressed! A++++ Would definitely do business with them again! Thanks guys for your help! We love our truck! =)

This has been the worst experience i have ever had at a dealership! 1st off they charge ohio sales tax on west virginia residence which is wrong! Second it takes them forever to send the correct title to your address. 3rd when they agree to send you a check for their mistake you never receive it. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALER. They will tell you they are honest but in all honesty they don't keep their word and screw over their customers. Will never shop for a car here again. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
